If you haven't already you'll need to register for My Account. Go to

Once you've logged in, click on 'Settings' in your 'Profile and preferences' section, then in the 'Bill delivery' section click 'More options'. Scroll to 'Set Your Reminders' and select the SMS reminders you want to receive. If you need any help you can contact our 24x7 Chat team 24 hours, 7 days.

With My Account you can also view and pay your bill, recharge your Pre-Paid mobile, check estimated mobile data usage and much more. Plus you can use your My Account details to easily manage your services and stay in control on the go with the Telstra 24x7® App available on iPhone®, iPad®, Android™ and Facebook.
