To make sure you don't forget a payment, you can set up an Email or SMS notification in My Account, your online Telstra account manager, to let you know when your payment is due. If you haven't already you'll need to register for My Account. Go to my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/register and have your Telstra phone number or account number ready. Once you've logged in, click on 'Settings' in your 'Profile and preferences' section, then in the 'Bill delivery' section click 'More options'.
